Ms. Donley is a native of Glencoe, Minnesota.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia College, Moorhead in 2005 and Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 2008.  Ms. Donley joined the firm in June of 2014.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Donley owned Donley Law Office, LLC as a solo practitioner and was most recently employed by the Minneapolis Grain Exchange as Associate Corporate Counsel.
